Question: Do you sit for too long at your desk? If so, are you aware how bad that is for your health? It is often compared to "The New Smoking."

Reality check, there are a lot of people who work at the desk all day with no break. Whatever the case, this program is designed to help get you up from your desk and move around. It’s designed to stretch and strengthen your body so it could continue to endure the stress of sitting for long periods of time. Sitting and Standing Posture is important through life and helps you in so many ways. Slouching over at a desk all day and most days could affect this good posture your body craves.
