"When it comes to health and well-being, regular exercise is about as close to a magic potion as you can get."

Why do I need to exercise or strength train at 40 or older?

As we pass 30, we slowly start to lose strength and muscle mass. Strength training has been proven to reverse this process, allowing us to become stronger, fitter, and more muscular with age. This allows us to function optimally in our daily lives and keep doing the things we love.
