This might be the hardest to engineer because You are the only one who has control of You and what You do.
You have the choice over:
Your Goals
Your Time
Your Commitments
We do not have control over anything. We just have control over a process to hopefully put a habit in your life. We try to make that process as strong as possible but ultimately, you have the ownership. And that’s a good thing.
