We keep our Goals to ourselves

Habits and Goals go hand in hand. In order to obtain a goal, you need habits in place to get there.


We will bring in theories of trying to go after your goals because in the end it is ultimately about success.


This theory regarding goals is one of our favorites as it states to “Keep your Goals to Yourself.

A 3 minute TED Talk by Derek Sivers explains it best.


The gist of is says that if you want to reach your goals, don’t tell anyone you are going after them.
